ANDREW H. BEAVERS

Author

Andrew H. Beavers brings a lifetime of diverse professional experience, education, public service, and military service to his writing. His career has included work as a business owner and transportation provider, counselor, legal consultant, tax advisor, educator, researcher, and public servant.

Beavers earned degrees in English, law, administration, and education through the University of Arkansas System and Mercer University. His academic and professional background includes teaching Business Law at the University of Arkansas as well as graduate assistant and research positions at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, Mercer University, and consulting work with Morehouse School of Medicine.

Throughout his career, he has worked extensively in counseling and substance abuse services, developing programs, providing case management, counseling clients, and training new employees. He is a Licensed Professional Counselor in both Arkansas and Georgia and is also a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor.


His commitment to service also includes work with Pulaski County Government, the Arkansas State Highway Department, and more than a decade of military service with the Arkansas Army National Guard and the United States Army.

With a background that spans business, law, education, counseling, public service, and the military, Andrew H. Beavers draws upon a broad range of life and professional experiences to bring depth, knowledge, and perspective to his work as an author.
